Inzant Sales is a cloud services application comprising a service platform, web based administration interface, iPad application and eCommerce solution that can be used individually or together. 

1. Scope 

This notice applies to the services making up the Inzant Sales platform, including Inzant Sales iPad Application, Inzant Sales Web Application, Inzant Sales eCommerce solution, Inzant Sales Database Application and any other services that display or link to this notice. These services are referred to in this statement collectively as the "Services" and individually as the "Service." 

Notice to End Users: The Services are operated by Inzant Sales Pty Limited utilising the Microsoft Azure platform. For privacy-related requests related to the Microsoft Azure platform please direct requests to Microsoft.  

1.1. Collection, Use, and Sharing of Your Information 

• We will collect and use personal information received through the Services to provide, operate, and maintain the Services. 
• We may use statistical data, trends and usage information derived from your personal information and your use of the Services for the purpose of providing, operating, maintaining and/or improving the Services. 
• We occasionally contract with other companies to provide services on our behalf. We may occasionally provide personal information to these companies in order to facilitate their ability to do so. These companies are required to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose than that for which they are engaged by Inzant Sales Pty Limited. 
• Except as described in this statement, we will not disclose personal information outside of Inzant Sales Pty Limited or its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without consent. 
• We may access or disclose your personal information, including the content of your communications, in order to comply with the law, or as you may otherwise authorise. 
• We may use cookies and other technologies to keep track of your interactions with the Services and to offer a personalized experience. 
• The privacy details for the specific Services features are listed below to describe any additional information collection and use. 

1.2. Security of Your Information 

Inzant Sales Pty Limited is committed to protecting the security of your information. We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to provide and enable security for the Service. This includes a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. 

Some personal information may be particularly sensitive to you or your organization, and hence may require a level of security that we do not provide. You or your organization is responsible for determining whether our security meets your requirements.

1.3. Support Services 

When an authorized representative of your organization submits a support request, Inzant Sales Pty Limited will consider your organization to have consented to Inzant Sales Pty Limited handling and processing personal information in your account for the purposes of fulfilling this support request. This may involve transfer of such information within Inzant Sales Pty Limited and across borders to respond to your support request with the optimal expertise and in a timely manner.  Inzant Sales Pty Limited may also collect additional information, including hardware and software information related to the support incident. 

Inzant Sales Pty Limited may retain and use this information to assist in diagnosing further problems with your account, to understand your organization's needs, or to improve our services or the support experience. Information may be combined with other information from the support of other Inzant Sales Pty Limited products and services in order to better understand your experience and needs. 

Inzant Sales Pty Limited may send periodic e-mails informing you of technical service issues related to a product or service you requested. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe from these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the Service. When you contact Support, we may telephone you for a survey regarding your experience with our current services, about potential new services that may be offered, or to alert you to critical security issues.  For more information about how Support uses your information, or if you have a technical or general support question, please call to discuss using the contact details at the beginning of this document. 

1.4. Changes to This Privacy Statement 

We will occasionally update this privacy statement based on customer feedback and to reflect changes in our products and services. When we post changes, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this statement. If there are material changes to this statement or in how Inzant Sales Pty Limited will use your personal information, we will notify you either by posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification.
